Resources

If you feel you are in need of immediate assistance below are some resources to assist you.  Sometimes empowerment or relationship coaching is what is right but other times there are bigger issues that require a more traditional therapy approach.  Coaching is not intended for those with untreated mental health issues or those in unsafe situations.  If you are in crisis or experiencing domestic violence, immediate services such as contacting a crisis hotline or seeking emergency medical attention may be necessary. It is important for you to prioritize your safety and well-being in these situations.
